Background Checks

The Early Childhood Resource Center is a national Webcheck provider for FBI & BCI background checks.

Background checks are offered by appointment only on the following days and times:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 3:30 pm to 6 pm (last appointment)
• Wednesdays: 9 am to 3 pm (last appointment)
• Fridays: 9 am to 1 pm (last appointment) 

Payment must be made at the time of the appointment. Pricing* is as follows:

• BCI: $41
• FBI: $43
• Both BCI & FBI: $75 (as of 9/15/2026)

*Please note, credit or debit card payments will incur an additional processing fee.

Need to Know 

• Download Background Check Form - Please wait to fill out the signature line when you arrive and are with a Early Childhood Resource Center staff member
• Download Background Consent Form - This form must be filled out by the person, company or organization who is paying for the background check. 

We will not provide codes/reasons for a background check. Please view the following appendices to find your proper code:

Important:  Please wash your hands, and bring your driver's license and paperwork. If paying in cash, please bring exact change.
