HUB HeartLine - Foster Family Resources and Support Overview:
The HUB HeartLine is a welcoming point of connection for foster families across our region. Whether you are new to fostering or have years of experience, our team is here to offer encouragement, connection, and practical support. From Parent Cafés to support groups and trusted referrals, the HUB HeartLine is designed to ensure foster families feel seen, supported, and that they are never alone.
ONE CALL. ONE CONNECTION. A WHOLE COMMUNITY BEHIND YOU.
A Dedicated HUB HeartLine Team
Our HUB staff are dedicated to walking alongside foster families with compassion, knowledge, and care. For information on how we can support foster families, call Lori Grosse, Foster Care Hub Program Manager, at 330-491-3272, ext. 50727.
Foster Parent Cafes
Foster Parent Cafés are welcoming, guided conversations that give foster parents a chance to connect, share experiences, and build community with others who understand the fostering journey. Families can explore upcoming Foster Parent Cafés offered in their county and register for a session that fits their schedule.

Foster Parent Support Groups
We are hosting a series of free support groups for foster parents in August. Shared Journeys, Shared Support is an opportunity to connect with fellow foster parents for honest conversations, mutual support, and meaningful connections. Whether you are new to fostering or have years of experience, you will find a welcoming community ready to listen, encourage, and grow together.
