The Early Childhood Resource Center and the Canton Museum of Art are partnering on Elevate & Create, a series of free educational sessions designed to help children build early visual literacy and foster healthy social-emotional development.
The hour-long sessions are held the first Thursday of each
month. While they are created for children aged 3-years-old, siblings are
welcome to attend.
Upcoming sessions include:
- Watercolor Science on November 5 | 10-11 am: This playful workshop blends the wonder of science with the joy of art as children experiment with color, water, and texture. Location: Canton Museum of Art. Click here to register.
- Tactile Sensory Boxes on December 3 | 10-11 am: Children will learn to create custom tactile sensory boxes using fabric and other materials. Location: Canton Museum of Art. Click here to register.
While each session is free, space is limited. Register to
attend today!
