Fall Into the ECRC Open Houses Invite Families to
Discover Local Resources and Free Halloween Costumes
Families, caregivers, educators, and community members are invited to explore the programs and services available through the Early Childhood Resource Center (ECRC) during Fall into the ECRC, a community-wide open house taking place Thursday, October 1, from 5 to 7 p.m. at ECRC locations in Akron, Canton, and Boardman.
The free event is designed to introduce community members to
the many ways ECRC supports families, early childhood professionals, foster
families, grandparents raising grandchildren, and others throughout the region.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet ECRC staff, learn
about available resources and programs, participate in fall-themed crafts, and
enjoy refreshments. Families can also pick up free Halloween costumes for
children, available while supplies last. Costume sizes are limited and will
be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is requested to assist with event planning, but
walk-ins are welcome.
