The early years of a child's life are critical to healthy brain development and to their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Research has shown that early experiences in the first five years of life impact a child's future academic success. Children who have opportunities to develop in safe, stimulating environments with loving caregivers have a much greater chance of school and life success.
That is why the Early Childhood Resource Center works to ensure families have access to the latest information, resources, programs, and services to support children’s healthy development.
The Early Childhood Resource Center believes in working collaboratively with other agencies to create a system of care and support for the entire family. The Center serves as the early childhood hub of Trumbull County by providing services and linking families with the tools needed to build strong families.
