The ECRC offers several programs to support early childhood administrators.

1. “Welcome Wagon” Visit: Directors of new centers or new to their role can receive a visit from an ECRC staff member to acquaint you with our services and the early childhood community. To arrange a visit, call Cindy Gansmiller at 330-491-3272 Ext. 5692 or email her.

2. Administrative Leadership Project: This project provides formal assessments and individualized coaching using the Program Administration Scale (PAS) to area child care directors. The PAS measures leadership and management capacity within programs to improve organizational stability and increase quality. Participants are supported by PAS certified assessors and receive mini-grants for quality improvement plans at their centers.
