The ECRC offers several programs to support early childhood administrators.

1. “Welcome Wagon” Visit: Directors of new centers or new to their role can receive a visit from an ECRC staff member to acquaint you with our services and the early childhood community. To arrange a visit, call Danette Lund at 330-491-3272 Ext. 222 or email her.

2. Administrative Leadership Training : Each year the ECRC offers training to support the unique needs of early childhood program administrators. Two-day conferences, individual workshops, and seminar series have provided directors with information on topics such as finances, program management, marketing, enrollment, curriculum, assessment, and leadership.
