The Career Development Program provides comprehensive training and support services to qualified participants working to meet the requirements of the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. Through this program CDA candidates work with a CDA mentor to guide them as they participate in training and apply the knowledge in their work settings. Additional support for transportation, professional resources, and classroom materials aid the candidate as they complete the CDA process.
