Professional development opportunities abound at the ECRC. Teachers, family child care providers, program directors, and related early care and education professionals can attend workshops, credential training classes, management seminars, and much more. All trainings meet the requirements of ODJFS Child Care Licensing Rules and are taught by knowledgeable and experienced staff and consultants. Continuing education units (CEU's) are available for selected seminars.

Support for professional development is also available outside of workshops and classes. As openings arise, early care and education professionals can participate in mentoring programs, committees and related work groups, networking, and similar opportunities. We look forward to continuing to meet the variety of professional development needs of the early care and education community.
