Shadow

Each of our staff can be shadowed for a day or a program.

The Early Childhood Specialists work with area child care centers in a teaching and mentoring role.

Parent Partners teach families of 4 year olds prescribed lesson plans as they help the parent and child get ready for kindergarten.  Families are met in their homes or community locations in targeted neighborhoods.

The Parent Engagement Coordinator works with local agencies to bring parenting education into community centers and schools.

The Development Director meets with potential funders both businesses and individuals.

Cooperative Shadow

Many of the agencies we work with have agreed to allow interns to shadow.  We will help you to arrange times to shadow at the other agencies.

This is a non-paid internship.

Students enrolled in early childhood education, human development/family studies, marketing or communications or related fields are encouraged to apply at least 3 months prior to your internship semester.
